    Reservation Confirmation

  • Short Term: The amount equal to 2 night stay will secure your reservation.
  • Long Term: This is done on an individual basis depending on length of stay. You will be billed weekly or monthly depending on length of your stay and / or your preference.

    Cancellation Policy

  • Short Term: Full refund of deposit* is given if notification is made at least seven days prior to intended arrival date. (*equal to two nights)
  • Long Term: This will be settled on an individual basis when the long term stay deposit is made. A written contract will be drawn up between the guest and proprietor before the deposit is made.
